Ditto appears to one shot trainers. Confirm on misty and cynthia, already had ashes mom beat. It a maybe there. You will have to fight dawns mom to get the blue lab key to aquire the ditto. Blue lab key will require one egg in the lower left corner of the upper floor of her mom's house. Fight will trigger as you try to leave.
