Aiden, Fixed! It was an issue with the browser build that caused some of Rin’s dialogue to load incorrectly. The corrected build is already up, and this won’t be an issue in the Steam version. Thanks for pointing it out!

english translations for the mc are fine but rin's are in a language I can't read even with english translations turned on
ShadeFap, Thanks for reporting this! Quick questions so I can track it down: is it the dialogue at the bottom of the screen, or the phone/chat messages? And did you select English at the very start, or switch to it later?
desirefox, It's just when you talk with rin. Like when yoiu chat with her throug the phone th translation is in english but just when you meet with her at the coffee for the first time, the transation of her dialogues are all in a different language. And that continue for the rest of the game
ShadeFap, Update: found it and fixed it. Rin’s in-person dialogue was loading the wrong localization data in the browser build, while the MC dialogue was loading correctly. The corrected build is up on Gamcore now. If you still see it, try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R). Thanks for reporting it!
